Hello! I’m Matthew Ng and I’m currently heading to my Grade 12 year at RC Palmer Secondary. My friends often associate me with three words: Smart, Studious, and Statuesque. I may not excel at Physics, but I can certainly use Einstein’s Law of Inertia to bench press 215lbs! Overall, I am extremely excited to create an impactful distribution year with the rest of our team and volunteers!

Hi there! My name is Terry Ho, and I am a grade 12 student attending Killarney Secondary. As I head into my fourth year of GoGivers as one of your Presidents, I look forward to expanding the network of GoGivers and contributing to the substantial issues of food insecurity and homelessness. I am honoured to have the opportunity to work with this amazing team, and I look forward to continue furthering our impact. Outside of GoGivers, I enjoy singing in choir and biking!

Hey everyone, my name is Matthew Li and I am a junior at the University of British Columbia studying International Relations and Asian Studies. To me, GoGivers is a place where communities are created and with these communities they scale the impact we make. It’s unique and is a place where students can engage in philanthropy and understand the meaning of it when they enter adulthood.

Hi everyone. My name is Evangline and I will be heading to my freshman year at university. The issue of food insecurity and homelessness engendered a concern within me from a young age, yet I felt helpless without a perfect solution in mind. I hope to put forth my skills and contributions to foster the creation of lasting and meaningful change in our community through the efforts of GoGivers.
Jasmine Ren

Jasmine is a junior at Cornell University studying finance and data science. She is passionate about education equity and food insecurity and has been involved in her university with Raising Educational Attainment Challenge and many other pre-professional finance, consulting and general business clubs. She is going to be doing investment banking next summer in NYC. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys pottery, content creation and learning new languages. She loves to give back and is looking forward to the impact made by GoGivers this coming year!

Hi everyone! My name is Juliet and I’m a third year double majoring in political science and contemporary asian studies at UofT. I started out in GoGivers when we first launched in 2020 as a marketing director. Now, I am one of the advisory board directors. This year, I will be branching out GoGivers at UofT and spreading our initiative in Toronto! I am super excited to see what we achieve this year.

Hi, My names Anson, I'm currently in Grade 12 at R.C. Palmer Secondary and this is my third and final year in GoGivers.Throughout my years with GoGivers foundation I have I have met amazing volunteers who have worked tirelessly in order to help the homeless population within Chinatown. Every year the executives give their full effort in being able to give back to the community and I am excited to continue GoGiver's main mission to battle against food insecurity and helping those that have difficulty in finding stable food with the new GoGivers team.

My name is Colin Tung, a Grade 12 student at Southpointe Academy, and I am thrilled to serve as the Communications Shadow. I’m an aspiring clinical psychologist, and hope to study and research in the field of psychopathology. Through independent research, I learned of the effects of food insecurity on vulnerable communities, especially since the pandemic. Survey evidence demonstrated those facing food insecurity suffer a 257% risk increase in developing an anxiety disorder, and 253% risk of depression. I hope to draw attention to the often neglected mental health struggles prompted by food insecurity
